Mark your calendars for March 1st through March 9th, 2025, as Tampa Bay Beer Week (TBBW) returns to showcase Florida’s vibrant craft beer scene. This annual event brings together brewers, enthusiasts, and newcomers for a week-long celebration filled with tastings, festivals, and unique beer-centric events.
Kickoff Events
The festivities begin on February 28th with “The Ultimate Brew 2025” at TBBC Westchase. This pre-party gathers over 30 breweries collaborating on a massive brew, offering guests an immersive brewing experience. Tickets are available for purchase.
On March 1st, the official kickoff continues with the Florida Craft Brewers Festival at River Tower Park. From 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, attendees can sample over 200 beers from more than 70 Florida craft breweries. Early bird tickets are on sale until December 31st, 2024, with general admission at $50 and VIP at $70. Prices increase after this date, so secure your spot early.
Highlighted Events Throughout the Week
March 2nd: Start your day with the Beer Week Brunch at Coppertail Brewing Co from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Enjoy $25 bottomless mimosas (with food purchase) and a delectable menu featuring brisket and other brunch favorites.
March 3rd: Join MEAD MONDAY at Woven Water Brewing Co, featuring a collaboration release and tap takeover with Zymarium Meadery from Orlando. Experience unique mead offerings starting at 3:00 pm.
March 4th: Beer enthusiasts can attend the Certified Cicerone Tasting & Demo Exam at Grand Central Brewhouse in St. Petersburg. This event offers an opportunity to deepen your beer knowledge and appreciation.
March 5th: Celebrate homebrewing at Homebrew Wednesday! hosted by BarrieHaus Beer Co. Special Hoperations showcases their brewing talents from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm, offering a chance to taste unique homebrews and meet the brewers.
March 6th: Tee off at the inaugural Tampa Bay Beer Week Golf Classic at Eagles Golf & Country Club in Odessa. This event combines craft beer and golf for a day of fun on the greens.
March 7th: Set sail with Yacht Rockin’ the Isles at Golden Isles Brewing Co in St. Petersburg. Enjoy new beer releases, tap takeovers, and happy hour with brewers and crew throughout the day.
March 8th: Conclude the week at the Safety Harbor Craft Beer Festival from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Safety Harbor Waterfront Park. Presented by Crooked Thumb Brewery and Troubled Waters Brewing, this festival supports local charities and features a wide array of craft beers.
